Every month we re-verify the directory end to end. The September 2026 sweep is done: 245 platforms verified, 895 sources checked, and the changes below are now reflected in every listing.
What died this month
Three listings were removed after their worker signups went dark: two survey panels whose domains now park, and one transcription site whose intake has been closed for two consecutive sweeps. Our policy is two dead sweeps then removal — churn is real, and a stale directory is a scam vector. This is also why every platform page shows its last verified date.
Payout minimums moved
Two major panels raised their cash-out thresholds this month. Thresholds matter more than rates for low-volume workers: a $25 minimum on a platform where you average $4/month means your money is functionally locked. Every platform page lists the minimum payout, and when it's not published we say so — the absence of a published minimum is itself a signal worth noting before your first task.

What we're watching next month
Adult-adjacent chat platforms are the segment under the most policy pressure — we expect more of them to tighten onboarding. On the AI-training side, expert-tier intake keeps opening in new domains (law, medicine, linguistics); if you have credentials there, the AI-training hub is where those land first.
